über die Verpflichtung des
____ als besonders beauftragte Person bei der Durchführung von Arbeiten bei der Judenaussiedlung im Rahmen des “Einsatzes Reinhardt” beim SS- und Polizeiführer im Distrikt Lublin.
Der ____ erklärt:
Durch SS-Hauptsturmführer Höfle als Leiter der Hauptabteilung “Einsatz Reinhardt” beim SS- und Polizeiführer im Distrikt Lublin bin ich eingehend unterrichtet und belehrt worden:
1. darüber, daß ich unter keinen Umständen an Personen, die außerhalb des Kreises der Mitarbeiter im “Einsatz Reinhardt” stehen, irgendwelche Mitteilungen über den Verlauf, die Abwicklung oder Vorkommnisse bei der Judenaussiedlung mündlich oder schriftlich zukommen lassen darf;
2. darüber, daß die Vorgänge bei der Judenaussiedlung Gegenstand “einer Geheimen Reichssache” im Sinne der Verschl. V. sind;
3. über die entsprechenden Sonderbestimmungen der Geschäftsordnung des SS- und Polizeiführers im Distrikt Lublin, unter ausdrücklichem Hinweis darauf, daß diese Vorschriften “Befehle im Dienstverkehr” bzw. “Gebote und Verbote” im Sinne des § 92 b R.St.G.B. sind;
4. über ein ausdrückliches Photographier-Verbot in den Lagern des “Einsatzes Reinhardt”;
5. über §§ 88 bis 97 R.St.G.B. in der Fassung vom 24. April 1934 und über die Verordnung gegen Bestechung und Geheimnisverrat nichtbeamteter Personen vom 3. Mai 1917/12. Februar 1920;
6. über die §§ des R.St.G.B. 139 (Anzeigepflicht) und 353 c (Verletzung des Amtsgeheimnisses).
Ich kenne die angeführten Bestimmungen und Gesetze und bin mir der Pflichten bewußt, die mir aus der übertragenen Aufgabe erwachsen. Ich verspreche, sie nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen wahrzunehmen.
Mir ist bekannt, daß die Pflicht der Geheimhaltung auch nach meinem Ausscheiden aus dem Dienst weiterbesteht.

regarding the obligation of __ as the specially appointed person for carrying out tasks in connection with the Jewish resettlement as part of “Operation Reinhardt” under the SS and Police Leader in the Lublin district.
The __ declares:
Through SS-Hauptsturmführer Höfle, as head of the main department “Operation Reinhardt” under the SS and Police Leader in the Lublin district, I have been thoroughly informed and instructed:
1. that under no circumstances am I to communicate, verbally or in writing, to persons outside the circle of employees involved in “Operation Reinhardt” any information regarding the course, execution, or incidents of the Jewish resettlement;
2. that the operations related to the Jewish resettlement are classified as “a Secret Reich Matter” according to the Confidentiality Regulations;
3. regarding the relevant special provisions of the operational guidelines of the SS and Police Leader in the Lublin district, with explicit reference to the fact that these regulations constitute “Orders in Official Communications” or “Commands and Prohibitions” within the meaning of § 92 b of the German Penal Code (R.St.G.B.);
4. regarding an explicit photography prohibition within the camps of “Operation Reinhardt”;
5. regarding §§ 88 to 97 of the German Penal Code (R.St.G.B.), in the version from April 24, 1934, and the Decree against bribery and disclosure of secrets by non-civil servants dated May 3, 1917 / February 12, 1920;
6. regarding §§ 139 (Obligation to Report) and 353c (Violation of Official Secrets) of the German Penal Code (R.St.G.B.).
I am aware of the aforementioned provisions and laws and understand the duties arising from the task assigned to me. I promise to fulfill them to the best of my knowledge and conscience. I am also aware that the duty of confidentiality continues to apply even after my departure from service.
